1. At Al Quran Hidayah, we offer a full refund of the Online Quran Learning Fee if a student withdraws before the start of the new month. However, once classes are confirmed, and a student either attends one class or remains absent without notifying the Admin, no refund will be issued.
2. If a student wishes to discontinue their Online Quran Classes, they must inform Al Hidaayah through our official email before the beginning of the new month. Failure to notify us before the month starts will require the student to pay the full monthly fee.
3. If a student plans to take a leave for a month or longer, they must notify us via our official email before the new month begins. Otherwise, the full monthly fee will be charged for that month.

There is no refund for public holidays and for absentees without any prior notice.
