Terms and Conditions for Students/Parents
- Welcome to AlhidayahQuran!
- We are committed to providing a quality education in a positive environment with transparent policies.
- Please review the following terms and conditions:
Daily Class Schedule and Absence Policies
- Confirmed schedules should be followed regularly; changes are only allowed in emergencies or time-related issues.
- Do not finalize class schedules directly with teachers without notifying the Admin Team.
- Teachers will start classes on time. If your teacher is over 5 minutes late, notify us via WhatsApp.
- Inform the Admin Team at least 1 hour before class if you need to take leave. Failure to notify will result in an absence being marked.
- Students absent from more than three classes without prior notice may have their classes canceled, and refund requests will not be accepted.
- Refunds for missed classes will not be issued, but make-up classes can be scheduled with prior notice, within 30 days.
Payment Policies
- Monthly fees are payable in advance, starting from the date of registration.
- After trial classes, discuss fee plans with the Admin Team and ensure payment by the due date.
- Contact the billing department for any payment issues or concerns regarding monthly dues.
- Classes may be suspended if payment is overdue by more than 7 days without notice.
- Full fees are required for any month in which classes are started.
Security Measures
- Do not share personal information (phone numbers, emails, etc.) with teachers. AlhidayahQuran is not responsible for any misuse.
- Teachers are prohibited from asking for or sharing personal contact information. Report any violations immediately.
- For payment discussions or additional queries, contact the Admin Team directly.
